Refunds and returns

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process any return.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return and receive a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by customer service.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Additional Information:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items.
